How long before I book? 

On our website we accept reservations until to 48 hours before for the excursions and  until to 24 hours prior for the transfers, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.


How to calculate and book a service with origindestination.it

1. Select service: a transfer, a bus tour or a private excursion.

2. Select dates and number of passengers and click on  “ Calculate “ to get the total price.

3. Check the total price and proceed to payment.

4. Enter payment information and click on  “Paga Adesso “.

A confirmation service will be displayed on screen and then you will receive a voucher by email containing all details about the service booked.


What happens after booking

1. Print the voucher you will find in your confirmation email

2. Bring with you all the vouchers


The reservation is thus confirmed and completed.


What currency are the rates shown in on the website?

All rates are shown in euros.


Are the rates on your site per person?

All rates quoted on our site for transfers, excursions and sightseeing tours are per persons.


Do children receive discounted rates?

The child reduction policy varies from service to service. Where we are able to offer child reductions, you will receive these reductions of prices with search results. The total prices shown will reflect reductions if applicable. Please note that there are some services (sightseeing tours or excursions) where children under certain ages are not permitted to join.

Selecting the type of payment PayPal, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you can enter your e-mail address and password and make payment. Your financial information will not be shared with Origin & Destination but will be handled directly by PayPal


Are my credit card details safe?

In order to guarantee the security of transmitted data, credit card information is encrypted during transmission and are managed by PayPal and never shared with the recipient of payments


What are the payment options ?

To buy the services you must be registered to the website?
Anyone can buy the services on origindestination.it, so you don’t have to be registered with the website.


I don’t have a credit card: can I still book with origindestination.it?

You can purchase only with a credit card.


What should I do after the payment was made?

After payment and received your confirmation, print the vouchers for the transfer or the travel or other services booked. The voucher must be presented to the local operator and is proof of booking and payment.

If the customer is unable to deliver the voucher, could pay back the service in question (paying the full price provided by the local operator) or can not provide the service booked.

What is the Voucher?  

The Voucher is a receipt that reports all the details of your booking and is the document that you must present on your arrival. If you are not able to print it out but the booking has been confirmed, you must inform us via  email to : info@origindestination.it so  that we can send it to you via fax or inform that you will arrive without voucher.


I have lost the voucher, can I get a refund?
No refund in case of loss of vouchers.


How can I check if my booking is confirmed?
You will receive an email confirmation with reservation details of all services booked.


I purchased services, but I have not received a confirmation e-mail, what should I do ?

Generally email confirmation is received after a few minutes from payment of services booked.

However, the email can be received throughout the day. In case you have not received a confirmation email, you should send an email with your booking details at info@origindestination.it


I tried to make a reservation in your website, but despite the transaction has not been confirmed, the amount was also charged on my card, how can I do? 

In this case you should contact your bank or send us an email with your booking details at : info@origindestination.it


The bus excursion is always subject to a minimum number of participants? 

Yes. The departure of the bus excursions is always subject to the achievement of a minimum of 20 participants

In the event that the required minimum of participants is not reached, the tour will be cancelled and passengers will be refunded.


If I cancel a booking do I incur a penalty?  

It depends on the cancellation, or by how many days before the cancellation is allowed without penalty. You can check on the “ Termini e Condizioni Generali “.


What happens if I cancel the booking out of the cancellation policy?

You can incur a penalty calculated as a percentage share of the entire share indicated below:

• 10% penalty for cancellation up to 7 days before departure

• 30% penalty for cancellation from 7 to 4 days before departure

• 50% penalty for cancellation from 4 to 2 days before departure

• 75% penalty for cancellation to 1 day before departure

• 100% penalty for cancellation after such terms

In counting days to determine the penalty is always exclude Saturdays, public holidays, the day of departure and the day it is given notice of cancellation. Cancellations must be received in writing. In any case, no refund is for the customer who decides to terminate or not to use the services regularly booked and accepted. For groups cancellation charges shall be agreed at quotation and / or upon confirmation of services.


How much hand-baggage can I take on the bus?

Each passenger may carry one hand luggage and total dimensions not exceeding 115 cm (55 cm long, 25 cm high, 35 cm deep), including handles, side pockets and casters.

If your baggage is larger than the allowed, our staff will place it in hold.
